Anything older than the 450 won't be supported by the current dymo connect software. And as well, won't be supported going into windows 11. You're stuck on the old dymo label software. However, as we expanded, we needed more 450 printers and found out about this discontinuation issue. One of my clients just got a brand new w10 pc.
I contacted support and their end solution was an os reinstall. I am really trying to not do this. Its showing up in devices and printers under unspecified seems like a driver issue. My dymo 450 finally died and the new ones have drm restrictions. So i bought a dymo 550 turbo and it has an rfid tag that is attached to their brand labels so that you can only use dymo labels. This won't work for me so i'm in the market for one or two thermal label printers for my fba products. Does anyone have a suggestion?
