Stores have been completely slammed because of this promo with my store going into 100+ orders in the queue. Target didn't allot any more hours than usual for this, so it's taking a lot longer than it should. Does anyone know where target keeps cold food items for order pickup? My local target wasn't doing cold groceries until just recently. I'm concerned that the groceries may sit somewhere that's not properly refrigerated.
Theres no more hold space in our massive, remodeled fulfillment hold area. Picking up the items off the floor and bringing them to guest service doesnt help because we arent the ones who pick order pickups. All it really does is give us more reshop to deal with.
